L&L Phat Do's is owned and operated by Laticia Rudd. She has
been a cosmetologist for 21 years and started L&L Phat Do's 10
1/2 years ago. She attended and graduated from Longview High
School then furthered her education at Dudley's University in
Greensboro, North Carolina where she took advance training.
During her advance training at Dudley's University; she was voted to be class president; she took courses such as Master Haircutting, Master Styling and updo's. She also took weaving classes by world known master hair weaver Amanda Johnson. Where she learned the rubber band weave and other weaving techniques. My vision is to maintain healthy hair while giving relaxers, colors, styles and undo's while giving YOU-the "Phattest Dos".
